90 minutes sessions
In this offering you will explore who you truly are beyond the behaviours, patterns and conditions of social norms and what the generations before you endured.
It maybe for you if you're hoping to;

Sessions are organic and include a variety of tools to support and guide you wherever you want to go. Techniques that may be used are;

Energy work - energetic releasing and clearing.

Movement/dancing.

Journalling.

Mind mapping.
-
Meditation and/or visualisation.

90 minute sessions | 3 sessions minimum | Sliding Scale £99-£222
£99–£155 - For those with limited financial resources.
£155–£188 - This is the standard rate range.
£188–£222 -For those who are able to pay more and to support this work more broadly.
Includes a check-in post session, via call or voice note as you integrate your findings into everyday life.
Minimum for private sessions: £99 if that feels out of reach we can explore shorter sessions, or other ways to connect. I recommend a minimum of 3x sessions dependent on what's to explore, release and gain clarity to create the shifts you want to see in your life.
Frequency can be weekly, bi-weekly up to monthly allowing for space to process and to integrate at a pace that suits you, as we all process differently.
You are invited to give what feels right for you and reflects what the session is worth to you
within this sliding scale. This scale supports more people to be able to work with me.
Contributions at the higher suggested amount helps make these sessions accessible to those who may
not be in a position and maintaining the value of this work. There are no judgements only gratitude.
