1. I give you my consent to use the testimonial in my email to you dated in whole or in part for the purposes of promoting Paths to Freedom Limited, trading as Paths to Freedom in all media, including: printed materials, business communications, presentations, social media, in the advertising of the Company's services generally and on the Company's website. 

2. I am happy for you to edit the testimonial as you see fit without consulting me, provided the message remains the same.

3. I give you consent to refer to my first name and the first initial of my surname with the testimonial.

4. I consent to you storing copies of my testimonial and contact details on your database in case you need to contact me.

5. My testimonial is given voluntarily and I will not receive financial compensation for it. 

 

The sending of a testimonial is my agreement to all of the above consents.
